Temporary
Temporary contracts, also known as temp contracts, are agreements that have a start and end date. However, temporary contracts can be extended and also be subject to change. This can include covering sickness, maternity cover, or seasonal work. An hourly pay and charge is agreed to cover the cost of the temporary worker which includes national insurance, holiday pay etc.
Temp to Perm
Temporary to Permanent, also known as “temp to perm” role is when a job begins as a temporary job but has have the potential of becoming a long-term permanent contract. Sometimes, a business can hire a temporary member of staff on a trial assignment so they can determine if an employee is the right person for the job. This is usually for a 12 week period and then the Worker would transfer to our Clients employment with no additional costs.
Permanent
Permanent placement is where our Client takes the Candidate straight onto their employment and pay Staff365 a finder’s fee which is based on a percentage of the annual salary offered. All our Permanent placements come with a rebate period or a replacement guarantee. An hourly pay and charge is agreed to cover the cost of the temporary worker which includes national insurance, holiday pay etc.
